As President and Chief Executive Officer, Bryan is responsible for the leadership and continued development of NBS Technologies.

Bryan served NBS as Chief Financial Officer from 2006 and was appointed President & CEO in February 2010.

Prior to NBS, Bryan held Chief Financial Officer and senior finance roles in various technology companies. Bryan is a Certified General Accountant.

Michael Delaney, Vice President Channel Partner Sales, is a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, with extensive experience in building and growing channel businesses. Mike is responsible for the overall leadership of the Channel Partner Sales Organization and he brings with him more than 20 years of experience, working with partners to drive results.  

Prior to joining NBS Technologies, he spent the last 14 years developing and growing channel partnerships with other industry leaders, Equitrac Corporation where he most recently served as Vice President Partner Sales and Marketing worldwide and Electronics For Imaging Inc., where he served as Director of North American Dealer Sales. Mike has also held various sales, marketing and product management positions with Xerox, NCR, Hoechst Celanese and 3M.

Mike holds a BA in Social Science, from the University of Western Ontario in London and a Diploma in Marketing from York University in Toronto.

Philip Barton
General Manager

NBS UK

Philip was appointed General Manager, UK in December 2008 and is responsible for the ongoing development of our Javelin range of card printers as well as managing NBS' desktop OEM supplier relationships.

Philip joined NBS in 1991 as Banking Services Manager, and has held several, ever increasingly key, positions within NBS including EMEA Marketing Director, International Sales Director, and General Manager of our Javelin® card printer operations based in the UK and in Minneapolis, USA.

Philip has professional qualifications in accountancy (member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and marketing (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing). Much of his career prior to joining NBS was spent within the Midland Bank Group (now HSBC), including new product development roles in the travellers cheque and credit card divisions; during this time he was project manager of the UK’s very first live smart card trial … way back in 1983.

Joseph was was appointed General Manager, CTC Products in late 2009 and is responsible for providing leadership, growth and innovative development of the business unit's market leading products - Imagemaster™, Advantage™ and Horizon™ Evolution.

Joseph first joined NBS in 1997 as Quality Manager and has enjoyed increasingly more senior responsibilities during his tenure, with his most recent position being Director of Operations, Card Technology Products business unit. He has managed many different aspects of the business over the years ranging from customer service, field service/technical support, product management and product development.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iona College

Ramesh was appointed General Manager - Software in February 2010 and is responsible for the operations and future development of our Software Group based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

Ramesh joined NBS in 2007 and brings with him strong management experience within the high tech software solutions field.

During the span of his career, Ramesh has successfully served expatriate assignments in Europe, Asian and Latin America during his tenure with both multinational and small start-up companies.

Francois Maurel was appointed General Manager, NBS Technologies SAS France in May 2010 and is responsible for providing leadership and growth of NBS’ smart card manufacturing and wafer handling/packing product portfolio while continuing to support NBS’ relationships with its major account partners around the globe.

Fracois joined NBS in 2005 as Key Accounts Manager and has continued to enjoy increasing levels of responsibilities with his most recent position being Director of Sales, Global Key Accounts.

Francois first joined NBS in 2005 as Key Accounts Manager and has taken on increasing levels of responsibility with his most recent position being Director of Sales, Global Key Accounts. Francois' pre-NBS experience includes key roles with Gemplus - Director of Technical Pre-Sales Support (North America), Advanced Personalization Center Business Development Manager both based in the US, and Manager of Software Personalization based in France – as well as positions within Samsung Semiconductor including Key Accounts Manager & Technical Marketing Manager.

Francois is an Engineering graduate of ISEN ( Electronic Engineering School) and holds an MBA from IAE Aix en Provence.
